Rated P for Parenthood premiered at The South Orange Performing Arts Center in South Orange, NJ and later opened Off-Broadway at The Westside Theatre to critical acclaim. It had its regional premiere at The Actors' Playhouse in Miami, Florida. Kelly Ripa & Mark Conseulos (Milojo Productions) optioned the musical for television, selling it to ABC Studios/ABC Family where it was developed into a 30-minute musical comedy pilot.
